Each of our services are customized to our clients needs. Everyone is entitled to one free 30 min consultation. During our free consultation, be prepared to discuss

  1. Background Information: Provide an overview of any ongoing child welfare cases, court proceedings, previous child welfare involvement and any documents that will help us understand your case better.
  2. Confidentiality and Privacy: Understand the confidentiality policies and procedures of the family advocate.
  3. Fees and Payment: Clarify the financial aspects, including the fees for the advocate's services, payment schedules, and any potential additional costs associated with your case to ensure no misunderstandings later on. All information will be sent in a contractual agreement.
  4. Expectations and Timeline: Discuss the expected timeline of your case and the advocate's role during different stages of the proceedings. Establish realistic expectations regarding outcomes, court dates, and potential challenges you may encounter.

Success Stories

I'm the mother of children who were in the custody of DFCS and had the pleasure of working with the GRACE team in Covington, GA. They showed expertise, professionalism, and a caring attitude. Their commitment to helping us was evident as we worked together. I'm so grateful for their dedication to the community!
