Resource Coordination

Intake: Conduct intake assessment to understand the unique needs and circumstances of each family. This includes gathering relevant information, reviewing case history, and identifying key issues.
Referrals and Resource Coordination: Connecting families with necessary community resources and support services, such as counseling, parenting classes, housing assistance, healthcare, substance abuse treatment, etc. Coordinating with relevant agencies and organizations.
Don’t forget to register for our D.A.D workshop where we will also be covering legitimation and legal consultation fees for qualifying fathers!
