Our agency assist families with the preparation of court documents and other legal paperwork required by teaching and educating them on local court procedures per Georgia law. Ensuring that all documentation is accurate, well-organized, and supports the family's position.
Our court affidavit service includes collaterals calls and a virtual home assessment to assess the client's character and ensure that the home is safe and appropriate for a child should the caregiver receive visitation/custody.
A notarized professional assessment will be completed to be submitted with a petition of the client's choosing.
